Mack can cover the usual handyman stuff with ease. As a  seasoned professional painter and remodeler, drywall, flooring, painting, staining, cabinetry, doors and windows are all part of his portfolio, in addition to basic plumbing, low-voltage and other basic electrical work, pool and spa systems, HVAC troubleshooting, as well as  appliance troubleshooting and repair.

Need more? Twenty-plus years of experience in the IT field means Mack can attack everything from getting you and your guests securely connected to WiFi to setting up your home network and configuring digital TV and music services.

From leaky toilets and fridge freak-outs to guests who can’t figure out the Wi-Fi, Mack is your on-call local fixer. Perfect for out-of-town owners, busy property managers, or anyone needing a reliable human to show up and handle it.

Not only did he help greatly with moving my belongings, he also mounted shelves, hung blinds and curtains, helped with landscaping, sanded and painted my bathroom cupboards, moved wall lighting, hung pictures and art, and then even fixed a couple of nagging issues with my car that I thought would require a trip to the dealership. When the controller for my new lift chair broke he built a temporary controller to use as he ordered the replacement. When movers broke my decorative fountain, he managed to fix that as well, laying a new concrete base in one level and using creativity to fill in broken sections, then painting the entire thing to ensure all repairs were hidden. It looks great at a fraction of the price it would have taken to replace it! I seriously don’t know what I’d do without him.”

“(Mack) was recommended to us by a mutual friend for his expertise working on vintage Jeep XJs. We had a 1992 Jeep Cherokee Laredo that was kept in original factory condition but had a few problems that needed to be looked at. He fixed sticking door locks, refurnished our rusting fog lights, did a deep clean of the engine bay, and painted the underside of hood as well as ensuring some of the engine components were painted/sealed to prevent corrosion. Our regular mechanic had tried to reattach the rubber door trim that had fallen off, failing after a couple of attempts. (Mack) got it attached on the first attempt. He replaced a part that was causing engine hesitation (we thought it was a failing transmission) and hesitation is gone. He even helped take pictures and provided narrative for the ad when we decided to sell it. He checked in and explained every time there was an update and made suggestions for further preventative maintenance. The Jeep looks and runs great! I’m sure glad we found him!”
